Right to be represented

All employees have the right to be represented by a trade union representative. Alternatively, they can be accompanied by a work colleague not acting in a legal capacity.

The right to be represented applies at all stages and under all workforce policies, including any investigatory process.

In the case of trade union representatives, they will have the right to be represented by a full-time officer of the relevant trade union.
