Monitoring and evaluation

Five high level benefits of the NHSScotland Workforce Policies and digital platform have been agreed.

These are:

  1. Improved staff experience reflecting our Core Values
  2. Increased consistency in application of employment policy (remove variation between NHSScotland employers)
  3. Increased accessibility of policies – ability to access irrespective of time, location or device
  4. Reduced time spent navigating through a policy to find the desired information
  5. Remove duplicate local policy development process

These will be monitored and evaluated using a range of mechanisms, and reported via the appropriate governance bodies.
