Monitoring and evaluation
Five high level benefits of the NHSScotland Workforce Policies and digital platform have been agreed.
These are:
- Improved staff experience reflecting our Core Values
- Increased consistency in application of employment policy (remove variation between NHSScotland employers)
- Increased accessibility of policies – ability to access irrespective of time, location or device
- Reduced time spent navigating through a policy to find the desired information
- Remove duplicate local policy development process
These will be monitored and evaluated using a range of mechanisms, and reported via the appropriate governance bodies.
