Bullying and Harassment Policy overview

This policy provides a supportive environment to employees seeking an early resolution to bullying or harassment concerns. It is also a formal mechanism to address unresolved, significant or persistent bullying or harassment, or both. The behaviour can be by an individual or a group, either face to face, written or using electronic methods.

Who does this apply to?

The Bullying and Harassment Policy applies to all employees and workers, including bank, agency and sessional workers. It also applies to volunteers.
