Grievance Policy : Stage 1 collective grievance outcome letter
Use this letter template at Stage 1, when writing to ta nominated employee to confirm the outcome of a collective grievance.

Further to the Stage 1 Collective Grievance Hearing held on <DD/MM/YYYY>, I now write to confirm the outcome.
The Hearing was convened in line with NHSScotland Grievance Policy. I was supported at the hearing by <First Name, Surname, Job title of HR representative>.
